Precision’s Aerification and Overseed Program
Second to only golf courses in the state of Michigan. We use state of the art turf grass management equipment to pull the best cores that we possibly can at, up to a 3” depth, and use Advanced Turf Solutions Athletic 50/50 Blue/Ryegrass Blend, coated in fertilizer for quicker germination, as well as fungicide to prevent disease disease whilst heavy-water-grow-ins occur.

Step 1 | Early Spring: High-nitrogen feeding + Pre-emergent crabgrass barrier.
Step 2 | Late Spring: Broadleaf weed control + Nutrient boost for color.

Step 4 | Late Summer: Grub & Insect Preventative + Targeted spot-treatment.
Step 5 | Early Fall: Recovery feeding to repair summer stress and promote density.

Precision’s Maintenance Solution
Services Included: Professional mowing and striping, precision string trimming of all perimeters/obstacles, mechanical edging of driveway/walkways, and full debris blow-off.
Quality is Our Standard: Blades are sharpened every 8–10 hours of operation to ensure a clean, surgical cut that prevents turf disease and browning.
